Photography is my protest, my prayer, and my purpose.

As a social worker and educator, I have spent my life listening to the stories that often go unheard. As a photographer, I use my lens to amplify them. My work centers on humanizing and uplifting people and communities who are too often rendered invisible. Each portrait is a witness to resilience, a celebration of identity, and a reminder of our shared humanity.

I do not seek perfection—I seek truth. I capture grit, grace, struggle, and joy. Through my camera, I build bridges between lived experience and visual storytelling, allowing people to be seen as they are: whole, complex, and beautiful.

I am Big E. My art is a reflection of my love for my people. My photography is how I keep showing up.
